1. REPENTANCE (John 3:16)
Recognize by faith that all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. Invite Jesus Christ to forgive your sin and to dwell within your heart.
2. THANKSGIVING(1 Thessalonians 5:18)
Thank God for all things in all circumstances. Being thankful is expressing gratefulness for His protection, provision, blessing, and most of all His Son.
3. BLESSING (Ephesians 1:3)
Ask God to bless and bestow His favor on a person, group, church, and country, etc.
4. ADORATION (Psalm 95:6)
Tell God how much you love and adore Him.
5. PETITION (Colossians 4:12)
Petitions present personal requests and ask in faith that God will provide. Ask God for the practical things you need like daily bread, shelter, clothing, etc.
6. PREVAILING PRAYER (Luke 18:1-8)
Pray with fervent, consistent, and insistent prayer until God reveals His answer and a breakthrough takes place.
7. INTERCESSION (1 Timothy 2:1)
To intercede means to plead or mediate on behalf of another person just as Christ intercedes on our behalf with the Father (Hebrews 7: 25). It is an expression of love, concern, and caring is to ask God to meet the needs of others. |
